LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Roger Victory on Monday announced his Senate committee assignments for the 100th Legislature.
Victory has been assigned four committee leadership roles. He will chair the Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture and Rural Development and serve as vice chair of the Agriculture Committee and the Appropriations subcommittees on General Government and Transportation.
In addition, Victory will serve as a member of the Appropriations Committee and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Appropriations Subcommittee on Natural Resources and Environmental Quality.
“The committee process is incredibly important to ensuring we have effective legislation and a sound budget,” said Victory, R-Hudsonville. “I am looking forward to serving on these committees and working on the behalf of the good people of Ottawa County to represent our interests.”
