LANSING, Mich. — State Sen. Roger Victory, R-Hudsonville, walked in the Tulip Time Volksparade, or “People’s Parade,” on Wednesday in Holland as the festival celebrates its 90th anniversary.
Victory will also walk in the festival’s Muziekparade (“Music Parade”) on Saturday, May 11.
